Brouillard's Catering & Fresco! are the result of a vision inspired by many years of hard work and dedication from Jill & Mark Brouillard. This vision took root in Providence, Rhode Island, where Jill had attended Johnson and Whales Culinary School. Thereafter, Jill and Mark proceeded to open a specialty food store in Providence where their culinary journey began to transpire, ultimately leading them to Santa Barbara's West Coast.

 

Jill & Mark arrived in Santa Barbara, California 18 years ago. After years of working for some of Santa Barbara's finest restaurants and hotels, their vision to own a restaurant was soon to be a reality. Through shear determination and a strong desire to create exceptional culinary desserts and cuisine, Fresco! was born.

 

In 1995, Fresco! opened its culinary doors. Jill and Mark could never have predicted that Fresco! would become a Santa Barbara icon. They inevitably developed a restaurant & catering service that defines California Cuisine. By taking the best and the freshest ingredients they are able to create an entire menu of distinctively flavorful dishes. There is no pretense to their endearing customer service and exceptional culinary creations.

 

 

Soon after, their catering business was successfully in demand and quickly out-grew Fresco! Acquiring a second location was needed and hence Brouillard's Catering was built. Brouillard's Catering has covered the spectrum from hundreds of people to small intimate gatherings. Mark and Jill strive to provide an at-home atmosphere no matter how formal or casual the occasion, while still providing mouth watering and elegant dishes for all to enjoy.
